Allnutrition Isotonic Watermelon is a carbohydrate-based electrolyte drink powder formulated for physically active people. Each 31.5 g serving provides a blend of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium to help replenish the electrolytes lost through perspiration during physical exercise. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system, while calcium is needed for normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones, and magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.

The powder also delivers a full spectrum of B vitamins at 15% of the nutrient reference value per serving. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal heart function.
