These Terms & Conditions apply to all orders placed via the website ecosupplements.ch, operated by:<\/p>\n

\n(hereinafter “Seller”)<\/p>\n

2. Conclusion of Contract<\/h2>\n

The presentation of products on the website does not constitute a binding offer, but an invitation to order. By completing an order, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase. The contract is concluded upon the Seller’s confirmation (order confirmation by email).<\/p>\n

3. Prices and Payment<\/h2>\n

All prices are stated in Swiss francs (CHF) and include Swiss value-added tax (VAT). For accepted payment methods, see Zahlungsmethoden<\/a>.<\/p>\n

4. Delivery<\/h2>\n

Delivery is made DDP (Delivered Duty Paid). The customer pays no additional customs duties, import VAT, or customs clearance fees on delivery. For details, see Shipping & Delivery<\/a>.<\/p>\n

5. No Right of Withdrawal for Online Purchase Contracts \/ Statutory Warranty<\/h2>\n

For purchase contracts concluded online via our website, Swiss law does not provide a statutory right of withdrawal. The right of withdrawal under Art. 40a et seq. of the Swiss Code of Obligations (OR) applies only to certain contracts concluded away from business premises (e.g. telephone sales), not to purchase contracts that the customer concludes independently online. The Seller also does not grant a voluntary right of return. The statutory warranty for defects (OR Art. 197 et seq.) remains unaffected and applies in full. 6. Liability<\/h2>\n

The Seller is liable in accordance with statutory provisions. Any limitation of liability for unlawful intent or gross negligence, or any restriction of the mandatory provisions of the Swiss Product Liability Act, is excluded.<\/p>\n

7. Data Protection<\/h2>\n

The processing of personal data is governed by the Datenschutzerkl\u00e4rung<\/a>.<\/p>\n

8. Applicable Law and Jurisdiction<\/h2>\n

Swiss law applies exclusively. To the extent mandatory Swiss consumer protection provisions so require, the place of jurisdiction is the consumer’s domicile in Switzerland.<\/p>\n
