About Allnutrition \u2013 Isotonic Watermelon<\/h2>\n

Allnutrition Isotonic Watermelon is a carbohydrate-based electrolyte drink powder formulated for physically active people. Each 31.5 g serving provides a blend of sodium, potassium, calcium and magnesium to help replenish the electrolytes lost through perspiration during physical exercise. Potassium contributes to normal muscle function and normal functioning of the nervous system, while calcium is needed for normal muscle function and the maintenance of normal bones, and magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to normal muscle function.<\/p>\n

The powder also delivers a full spectrum of B vitamins at 15% of the nutrient reference value per serving. Vitamin B1 (thiamine) contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and normal heart function. Vitamin B2 (riboflavin) contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue and to the maintenance of normal red blood cells. Niacin (B3) and pantothenic acid (B5) contribute to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, vitamin B6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, biotin contributes to normal psychological function, folic acid contributes to normal blood formation, and vitamin B12 contributes to normal functioning of the nervous system and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue.<\/p>\n

The formula also contains maca root extract (Lepidium meyenii<\/em>), a plant-based ingredient derived from a root native to the Andes region of South America. The product has a refreshing watermelon flavour, mixes easily into 700 ml of water, and is produced in Poland. It provides 22 servings per 700 g pack.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n

Usage & Dosage<\/h3>\n

Dissolve 31.5 g (2 scoops) in a bottle with 700 ml of water. Use before, during (every 15 minutes) and after physical exercise (approx. 200 ml). Do not exceed 1 serving per day.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n
