Holland & Barrett Multivits & Iron is a comprehensive daily multivitamin tablet providing 14 essential nutrients — including Vitamins A, C, D, E, K, the full B-complex, and Iron — each at 100% of the Nutrient Reference Value (NRV). Iron contributes to the normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The B vitamins in this formula — including B1, B2, B6, B12, Niacin, Pantothenic Acid, Biotin, and Folic Acid — contribute to normal energy-yielding metabolism and the normal functioning of the nervous system.
Vitamins C and E contribute to the protection of cells from oxidative stress, while Vitamin D supports normal immune function and the maintenance of normal bones and teeth. Each tablet is suitable for vegetarians and comes in a 60-tablet pack, providing a full two-month supply.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 tablet per day, preferably with a meal. Do not exceed the recommended daily dose.
