Ingredients
Magnesium salts of citric acid (magnesium citrate), anti-caking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, vitamin B6 (pyridoxine hydrochloride).
Capsule shell: gelatine.
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule two times per day, washed down with 250 ml of water.
