Osavi Vitamin D3 + K2 combines two essential fat-soluble vitamins in a single convenient softgel, delivering a high-strength 4000 IU (100 µg) of vitamin D3 alongside 150 µg of vitamin K2 as menaquinone-7 (MK-7). Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones.
The two vitamins work in close synergy: vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, while vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to where it is needed — the bones and teeth — supporting their normal maintenance. Usage & Dosage
