Ingredients
Monolaurin 500 mg per capsule (1,000 mg per serving of 2 capsules). Other Ingredients: Hypromellose (capsule), Rice Flour.
Capsule shell: Hypromellose (vegan capsule).
Usage & Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take 2 capsules one to three times per day with food. A dosage of 1,000–3,000 mg (2–6 capsules) per day is recommended; it is best to start at 1,000 mg. This dosage can be repeated 2–3 times per day if desired. Do not exceed 9,000 mg per day. Monolaurin is fat soluble and is best taken during or after a meal for optimal absorption. Do not exceed 8 capsules per day.
