NOW Foods Iron Complex Caps deliver a carefully formulated blend of iron and complementary nutrients designed to support healthy red blood cell formation and normal energy-yielding metabolism. Each vegetarian capsule provides 27 mg of iron from Ferrochel® Ferrous Bisglycinate, a highly bioavailable, chelated form of iron that is gentler on the digestive system compared to many conventional iron salts.
The formula is further supported by Vitamin C, which contributes to the enhancement of iron absorption, alongside active-form Folate (as Quatrefolic® (6S)-5-Methyltetrahydrofolate) and Vitamin B-12 (as Methylcobalamin) — both of which contribute to normal red blood cell formation and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. The addition of Organic Dong Quai root and Red Raspberry leaf rounds out this thoughtfully designed complex.
