ZMA from NOW Foods is a precisely formulated sports recovery supplement combining three essential nutrients — Zinc, Magnesium, and Vitamin B-6 — in highly bioavailable forms. Designed to support the increased micronutrient demands of active individuals, this formula delivers Zinc as Zinc Mono-L-methionine and Zinc Aspartate, and Magnesium as Magnesium Aspartate, for optimal absorption and utilisation.

Zinc contributes to normal protein synthesis, normal testosterone levels in the blood, and the maintenance of normal bones. Magnesium supports normal muscle function, normal energy-yielding metabolism, and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Vitamin B-6 contributes to normal protein and glycogen metabolism and normal functioning of the nervous system — making this trio a well-rounded foundation for recovery support after intense physical activity.

Encapsulated in vegetable (hypromellose) capsules, ZMA is suitable for vegans and vegetarians and is free from gluten and lactose. With 90 capsules per pack, each container provides up to 45 servings for men (3 capsules per day) or approximately 30 servings for women (2 capsules per day).

Usage & Dosage

Men: Take 3 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.
Women: Take 2 capsules daily, preferably on an empty stomach, 30–60 minutes before bedtime. For best results, avoid taking with dairy or other calcium-containing foods or supplements.
