Each serving provides 50 µg (2000 IU) of vitamin D3, equivalent to 1000% of the Nutrient Reference Value, making it a straightforward choice for maintaining adequate vitamin D levels throughout the year.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal function of the immune system, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, and the normal function of muscles. It also supports normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus. These are well-recognised functions supported by EFSA-approved health claims.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily. Before use, it is advisable to take a 25-(OH)D test in the blood and to consult the test result with your doctor or pharmacist. The product is intended for healthy adults under 75 years of age.
