Ingredients
Fish oil (source of fatty acids, including EPA and DHA), cholecalciferol (vitamin D from lanolin), capsule shell: gelatin, glycerin, water.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1–2 capsules with water, once a day. 1 capsule for healthy adults up to 75 years of age; 2 capsules for healthy adults over 75 years of age. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Do not use in the case of hypersensitivity (allergy) to any ingredient of the supplement. Before use, it is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult the result with a doctor or pharmacist. A dietary supplement cannot be used as a substitute for a varied diet.
