BetterYou Magnesium Oil Original Spray is a transdermal magnesium supplement designed for direct application to the skin. Each bottle contains 600 sprays and delivers a minimum of 200mg of elemental magnesium per 10-spray serving — equivalent to 57% of the Nutrient Reference Value. Magnesium contributes to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, to normal muscle function, and to normal protein synthesis, making it one of the most widely used minerals in daily health routines.

The formula is built around Zechstein Inside® magnesium chloride hexahydrate, a certified source of magnesium drawn from the ancient Zechstein seabed in the Netherlands and processed in the United Kingdom. At a concentration of 31%, the solution delivers a high-potency, rapidly absorbed form of magnesium through the skin. BetterYou is a pioneer in transdermal mineral supplementation and this product is produced in the United Kingdom to rigorous quality standards.

Usage & Dosage

Spray on the body and massage well into the skin. Ideally after showering or before sleep. For best results, apply to clean skin. Reapply whenever needed. Apply anywhere on the body avoiding broken skin and delicate areas such as the eyes. Concentrate on joints, muscles and areas of concern. Suitable for children and for use during pregnancy. 10 sprays deliver a minimum of 200mg (57% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. For children, halve the dosage.

Warnings

For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation. This may indicate low magnesium levels and is the result of the high speed absorption of magnesium through the pores. This will pass with regular use and as absorption commences immediately, skin can be towelled off after massaging in. Keep out of reach of children. Food supplements should not replace a balanced diet and healthy lifestyle.
