Each three-softgel serving provides 667 mg of elemental Calcium (from a Carbonate and Citrate complex), 333 mg of elemental Magnesium (from an Oxide and Citrate complex), 10 µg of Vitamin D3 (as Cholecalciferol, sourced from Lanolin), and 25 mg of elemental Zinc (from Zinc Oxide).
