Ingredients
Evening primrose oil containing 70% of linoleic acid (LA) and 9% of gamma-linolenic acid (GLA), shell components (gelatin, humectant: glycerol, purified water), DL-alpha-tocopherol acetate (vitamin E).

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 capsule) daily with a sufficient amount of water.
