Skill Nutrition KSM-66 Ashwagandha delivers 600 mg of KSM-66®, a standardised full-spectrum ashwagandha root extract (Withania somnifera) with a concentration ratio of 10–15:1, providing 30 mg of withanolides per daily serving of three capsules. KSM-66® is one of the most extensively studied ashwagandha extracts available, produced using a unique extraction process that preserves the natural balance of the root’s bioactive constituents. Each batch is manufactured in Poland to high quality standards.

The formula uses inulin as a filler and is encapsulated in hydroxypropyl methyl cellulose (HPMC) hard capsule shells — a plant-based, vegan-certified alternative to gelatin.
