Osavi Lion’s Mane is a highly concentrated mushroom extract derived from the fruiting bodies of Hericium erinaceus, standardised to a 30:1 dry extract ratio (DER 30:1). Each vegan capsule delivers 600 mg of extract, equivalent to 18 g of fresh lion’s mane fruiting bodies, and is standardised to contain a minimum of 40% polysaccharides, of which at least 20% are beta-glucans. This level of standardisation ensures a consistent and measurable concentration of the mushroom’s characteristic compounds in every serving.

Lion’s mane (Hericium erinaceus) is a culinary and functional mushroom with a long history of use in traditional East Asian cuisine and herbal practice. The extract used in this product is sourced exclusively from the fruiting bodies of the mushroom — not from mycelium — which is the part of the plant that naturally accumulates the highest concentrations of polysaccharides and beta-glucans. As a botanical ingredient, no harmonised health claims are currently approved for lion’s mane extract under Swiss food supplement regulations; the product is therefore presented on the basis of its composition and ingredient quality.
