Each kilogram of BetterYou Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium, delivered at a 47% MgCl₂ concentration. Ingredients
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl₂ concentration).
Usage & Dosage
Footbath: Add 150g of magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover your feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
Bath: Add 250g of magnesium chloride flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.
It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times a week.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use.

Storage
Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened. Store in a dry place and quickly reseal opened bags. Use within 12 months of opening.
