Melatonin 3 mg. Other Ingredients: Xylitol, Microcrystalline Cellulose, Stearic Acid (vegetable source), Mannitol, Natural Peppermint Flavor and Organic Stevia Leaf Extract (Enzyme-Modified Steviol Glycosides).
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 lozenge just prior to bedtime as needed. Chew the lozenge or hold it in the mouth until dissolved, then swallow.
