Jarrow Formulas Methyl B-12 & Methyl Folate delivers three essential B vitamins in their most bioavailable, active forms — methylcobalamin (B12), (6S)-5-methyltetrahydrofolate (5-MTHF), and Pyridoxal-5-Phosphate (P5P) — in a convenient once-daily chewable tablet.
