Usage & Dosage
As a dietary supplement for healthy adults performing high-intensity exercise, experienced and comfortable with high-caffeine products, add 1/2 to 1 level scoop (7.5 g) to 8–16 fl oz (240–480 mL) of cold water, shake for 5–10 seconds, and consume 20–30 minutes prior to workouts. First-time users should try 1/4–1/2 scoop first in 8 fl oz of water to assess tolerance. Do not consume within 4 hours prior to bedtime. Never exceed 2 servings per 24 hours.
Warnings
This product is intended for healthy adults (18 years+) only, who can tolerate caffeine. DO NOT USE if pregnant or nursing; if you have had any heart issues; and/or are taking PDE5 inhibitors or nitrates. DO NOT USE BEFORE CONSULTING a licensed, qualified pharmacist or physician if you are taking any other dietary supplement, prescription or over-the-counter medication, or have any medical condition or family history thereof. HIGH CAFFEINE CONTENT. Do not combine with caffeine or stimulants from any other sources. Beta-alanine and niacin can cause a temporary tingling of the skin. Caffeine causes dehydration — ensure to drink plenty of fluid before, during, and after exercise. Discontinue use 2 weeks prior to any surgery. Discontinue use and consult a medical doctor if any adverse reaction occurs. User assumes all liability & risk. Keep out of reach of children. Do not use if packaging has been tampered with.

Storage
Store in a cool, dry place. Keep lid on tight. Contains a desiccant packet for freshness — leave desiccant packet inside the jar. Shake the jar gently before and after each use to help break up any clumping.
