Melatonin is a hormone naturally produced by the body that plays a key role in regulating the sleep-wake cycle. Supplementing with melatonin can help support the resetting of the body’s internal clock, particularly when it has been disrupted by shift work or travel across time zones (jet lag). It is designed for occasional, short-term use to help you fall asleep faster and ease the transition to a new daily schedule.
With 180 tablets per pack, Natural Factors Melatonin 5 mg represents excellent value and reliability. Natural Factors is a trusted Canadian supplement brand with decades of experience in quality manufacturing, and this formula contains no artificial colours, preservatives, or sweeteners, providing a clean and straightforward supplement to support healthy sleep patterns.
