Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, melatonin, anticaking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (¼ tablet) a day, 30 minutes before sleep. A beneficial effect occurs when you take 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed, or 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on your first day of travel and for the next few days after arriving at your destination.
