Bulking agent: glycerol; purified water, melatonin.
Usage & Dosage
Shake before use. Apply 1 spray 30 minutes before bedtime. It is recommended to dose the preparation under the tongue. The product is intended for adults. The beneficial effect is achieved when you consume 1 mg of melatonin shortly before going to bed, or 0.5 mg shortly before going to bed on the first day of travel and for a few more days after arriving at your destination.
