Usage & Dosage

Take 1/8 teaspoon with food. Take with at least 8 oz. (approx. 240 ml) of water or other beverage. Can be taken 1 to 3 times daily in separate servings. DO NOT EXCEED 3 SERVINGS PER DAY.
