Rhodiola rosea is a plant that grows in cold, mountainous regions and has been used in traditional herbal practices for centuries. Each vegan capsule delivers 36.40 mg of this standardised root extract, equivalent to 400 mg of the dried root.

The formula is kept simple and clean: alongside the Rhodiola rosea root and its extract, the only additional ingredient is inulin, a plant-derived filler.
