Usage & Dosage
Take one capsule twice daily (2 capsules per day) with water. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving.

Do not use this product if you have phenylketonuria, or are taking MAOIs (monoamine oxidase inhibitors), levodopa, antipsychotic medications, or prescription antidepressants.
