Swanson Probiotic-4 is a targeted probiotic supplement delivering 3 billion CFU across four well-researched bacterial strains — Bifidobacterium lactis, Lactobacillus casei, Bifidobacterium bifidum, and Lactobacillus acidophilus — in a single convenient capsule. This multi-strain blend is designed to support a balanced gut microbiome and contribute to a healthy digestive environment.

Usage & Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take one vegan EMBO Caps® AP capsule in the evening with food and water.
