Ostrovit Vitamin D3 4000 + K2 combines two essential fat-soluble vitamins in a single convenient tablet, designed to support your daily wellbeing. Each tablet delivers 4000 IU (100 µg) of vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol alongside 100 µg of vitamin K2 as highly bioavailable menaquinone-7 (MK-7) derived from Bacillus subtilis natto — a well-researched natural source of K2.
Vitamin D contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal blood calcium levels, and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Ingredients
Bulking agent: microcrystalline cellulose; starch, cholecalciferol (vitamin D), menaquinone-7 MK-7 (vitamin K) from Bacillus subtilis natto, anticaking agents: magnesium salts of fatty acids, silicon dioxide.
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 serving (1 tablet) daily with a meal. The product is suitable for persons over 75 years of age. It is advisable to perform a 25-(OH)D blood test and consult a doctor or pharmacist before use.

Do not exceed the recommended daily dosage. This dietary supplement should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. A balanced diet and a healthy lifestyle are recommended. Do not consume if you are allergic to any of the product ingredients.
