Swanson Super EPA delivers a concentrated fish oil blend in a convenient once-daily softgel. Each softgel provides 1 g of EcOmega Fish Oil Concentrate 30/20, supplying 550 mg of total omega-3 fatty acids, including 300 mg of EPA (eicosapentaenoic acid) and 200 mg of DHA (docosahexaenoic acid), both as ethyl esters. EPA and DHA are long-chain omega-3 fatty acids naturally found in fatty fish such as anchovy, sardine, and mackerel.

The EcOmega concentrate used in this formula is a standardised fish oil extract that provides a defined and consistent ratio of omega-3 fatty acids per serving.
