Vitamin D ist ein fettl\u00f6sliches Vitamin, das der K\u00f6rper unter Einwirkung von Sonnenlicht selbst bilden kann \u2013 in der Schweiz reicht die Sonneneinstrahlung jedoch besonders in den Herbst- und Wintermonaten oft nicht aus, um den Bedarf zu decken. Das Vitamin D-3 Liquid von NOW Foods liefert pro Tropfen 25 mcg (1’000 IU) Cholecalciferol in fl\u00fcssiger Form, die sich leicht dosieren und einnehmen l\u00e4sst.<\/p>\n

Vitamin D tr\u00e4gt zur normalen Funktion des Immunsystems bei, unterst\u00fctzt die Erhaltung normaler Knochen und Z\u00e4hne und tr\u00e4gt zur normalen Aufnahme und Verwertung von Kalzium und Phosphor bei.
