Ostrovit Ashwagandha VEGE liefert pro Kapsel 139 mg eines hochwertigen Ashwagandha-Wurzelextrakts (Withania somnifera L. Dunal), standardisiert auf 7,2 % Withanolide, 1 % Alkaloide und 0,25 % Withaferin A. Ashwagandha ist eine traditionsreiche Pflanze aus der ayurvedischen Heilkunde, die seit Jahrhunderten f\u00fcr ihre adaptogenen Eigenschaften gesch\u00e4tzt wird und zur Unterst\u00fctzung des allgemeinen Wohlbefindens eingesetzt wird.<\/p>\n
