Sourced from Israel, this oil is produced using a cold-press extraction method, which ensures that the natural composition of the seed — including its fatty acids and the characteristic compound thymoquinone — is retained without the use of heat or chemical solvents.

Each 5 ml serving provides 2830 mg of linoleic acid (omega-6) and 1190 mg of oleic acid (omega-9), the two predominant fatty acids naturally present in black cumin seed oil. The oil also contains thymoquinone, the principal bioactive compound found in Nigella sativa seeds, present at approximately 2.40% per serving as stated on the product label.
