Iron contributes to normal formation of red blood cells and haemoglobin, to normal oxygen transport in the body, to normal function of the immune system, and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Each bottle provides approximately 192 sprays — a 48-day supply at the recommended dose of 4 sprays per day.
Flavoured with a pleasant natural baked apple taste and sweetened with stevia, this spray is suitable for adults and children aged 13 and above. It is vegan, vegetarian, gluten-free, and lactose-free — making it a versatile choice for a wide range of dietary lifestyles.

Ingredients
Water, sucrose, ferric sodium edetate, ferric ammonium citrate, preservative: potassium sorbate, natural baked apple flavour, sweetener: stevia.
Usage & Dosage
Take 4 sprays daily, or as recommended by your healthcare practitioner. Does not need to be taken with food or water; can be taken at any time of day. Shake well before every use. On first use, depress the pump 3 times to prime. Carefully spray into your mouth, ideally onto the inside of your cheek, and hold for a few seconds. Replace the cap after use. For adults and children aged 13 and above.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Food supplements should not be used as a substitute for a varied diet. This product contains iron, which if taken in excess may be harmful to very young children. Not suitable for haemochromatosis sufferers. Excessive consumption may produce laxative effects. Keep out of reach and sight of children. If pregnant or breastfeeding, or if you are taking medication or under medical care, consult your physician prior to use.
