Usage & Dosage
As a dietary supplement, take 1 mL (1 dropper) per day with or without food. One dropper per day is the recommended maximum unless directed otherwise by a physician.
Warnings
Do not exceed the recommended daily dose. Individuals taking high-dose Vitamin D supplements should be aware that in rare cases this can cause short-term hypercalcemia; K2 is included to help prevent this. Keep out of reach of children.
