NOW Foods Iron Complex is a carefully formulated supplement designed to support healthy iron levels and overall vitality. At its core is 27 mg of elemental iron delivered as Ferrous Bisglycinate (Ferrochel™), a highly bioavailable chelated form of iron that is gentle on the digestive system compared to conventional iron salts.
The formula is thoughtfully enhanced with Vitamin C, which supports iron absorption, alongside Folate and Vitamin B-12, both of which contribute to the normal formation of red blood cells and the reduction of tiredness and fatigue. Organic Dong Quai and Red Raspberry Leaf round out the blend with traditional botanical support.
