NOW Foods Mega D3 & MK-7 combines two essential fat-soluble vitamins in a single convenient capsule, designed for those seeking comprehensive bone and cardiovascular support. Each serving delivers a potent 4000 IU (100 mcg) of Vitamin D3 as cholecalciferol — the same form the body naturally produces from sunlight — paired with 180 mcg of Vitamin K2 in the highly bioavailable MK-7 form, sourced from the patented MenaQ7® ingredient.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal muscle function, and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K2 as MK-7 contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Together, these two nutrients work synergistically: Vitamin D3 supports calcium absorption, while Vitamin K2 helps direct calcium to where it is needed most.
Encapsulated in a vegetable cellulose (HPMC) capsule and produced in a GMP-certified facility, this formula is suitable for vegetarians and those avoiding gluten and lactose. With 60 capsules per pack, a single pack provides a full two-month supply at the recommended daily dose.

Capsule shell: Hydroxypropyl methylcellulose (HPMC / hypromellose) — vegetable cellulose capsule.
Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule daily with a fat-containing meal.
Warnings
For adults only. Do not exceed the recommended dose. Consult a physician if you are pregnant or nursing, taking any anti-coagulants (such as warfarin, Coumadin®, or heparin), or other medications (especially topical psoriasis medications or thiazide diuretics), or if you have a medical condition (especially hypercalcemia, kidney disease, or hyperparathyroidism). Discontinue use two weeks prior to surgery. Keep out of reach of children.
