Usage & Dosage
Add 1 g (1 scoop) to 100–150 ml of water or juice in a shaker. Use the measuring cup included in the package (1 ml). Do not add hot water. It is recommended to consume 1 serving per day, preferably with a meal. This product is intended for adults.
