Jarrow Formulas Alpha Lipoic Sustain with Biotin delivers a sustained-release formula combining 300 mg of Alpha-Lipoic Acid (ALA) with 330 mcg of Biotin per tablet. Alpha-Lipoic Acid is a versatile antioxidant that functions in both water- and fat-soluble environments within the body, helping to neutralise free radicals and support healthy cellular function. Usage & Dosage
