Usage & Dosage
Recommended daily serving: 1–2 sprays shortly before going to sleep. Do not exceed the recommended daily serving. Shake vigorously before use. Apply directly to the throat using the atomiser nozzle. 1 spray = 0.5 mg melatonin; 2 sprays = 1 mg melatonin. The bottle contains approximately 300 servings (at 1 spray per serving) or 150 servings (at 2 sprays per serving).
Warnings
Not suitable for children and adolescents under 18 years of age, pregnant women, or breastfeeding women. Do not use when driving vehicles or operating machinery. Do not combine with alcohol or with any medications, including herbal medicines. This product contains a sweetener (xylitol) — excessive consumption may have a laxative effect.
