Ingredients
VERISOL® bioactive collagen peptides (bovine collagen peptides).
Usage & Dosage
Take 1½ scoops (2.5 g) daily. Dissolve in 200 ml of warm or cold water and drink, or add directly to food. Can be mixed into appetisers, salads, breakfasts, smoothies or desserts. Suggested to take in the morning.
