Usage & Dosage
Take 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with or after a meal. The daily serving provides 4,600 mg of fish oil, of which 1,600 mg are Omega-3 acids (min. 700 mg EPA, min. 600 mg DHA, min. 300 mg other Omega-3 acids).
