Holland & Barrett Folic Acid 400mcg with Vitamin D3 10mcg delivers two essential nutrients in a single convenient daily tablet. Each tablet also provides 10mcg (400 IU) of Vitamin D3 in the form of Cholecalciferol — the form of vitamin D most readily utilised by the body.
