Ingredients
Magnesium Chloride Hexahydrate Flakes (47% MgCl2 concentration).
Usage & Dosage
Bath: Add 250g of Magnesium Flakes (roughly 2 cups) per bath. Lie back and relax for 20 minutes. Increase the amount for a more intensive experience.
Foot bath: Add 150g of Magnesium Flakes (roughly 1 cup) to approximately 5 litres of water, enough to cover the feet. Sit and relax for 20 minutes.
It is recommended to take a magnesium bath 2 to 3 times per week. 1kg of Magnesium Flakes contains 120g of elemental magnesium.
Warnings
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. On initial application, you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. If irritation occurs, stop use. Consult your GP before starting any new supplements, especially if you are on medication or have any medical conditions. Magnesium Flakes are very hygroscopic and will quickly absorb moisture if left opened.
