Usage & Dosage
For the best results, gently massage 4 pumps (5 ml) onto your child’s clean, dry skin up to 30 minutes before bedtime. Reapply whenever needed. 5 ml (4 pumps) delivers a minimum of 37 mg of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium.
Warnings
