OSAVI Methylfolate & Methyl-B12 combines three active B vitamins — Vitamin B6 as pyridoxal 5′-phosphate, folate as the premium Quatrefolic® form, and Vitamin B12 as methylcobalamin — into a single convenient daily capsule. These are the biologically active, coenzyme forms of each nutrient, meaning they are ready for direct use by the body without requiring further conversion.
Vitamin B6, folate, and Vitamin B12 each contribute to normal homocysteine metabolism and normal psychological function. Folate and Vitamin B12 contribute to normal red blood cell formation, while Vitamin B12 also supports normal neurological function and helps reduce tiredness and fatigue. Quatrefolic® is a patented, highly bioavailable form of 5-methyltetrahydrofolate, recognised as one of the most advanced folate ingredients available today.
Each capsule is made with a plant-based HPMC shell and contains inulin and rice fibre as clean carrier ingredients, making this formula fully vegan, gluten-free, and free from lactose and GMO. With 120 capsules per pack, this product provides a four-month supply at one capsule per day.

Usage & Dosage
Take 1 capsule per day. Swallow the capsule with water. It is suggested to take in the morning.
