Usage & Dosage
Recommended daily intake: 1 teaspoon (5 ml) with or after a meal.

Recommended daily dose should not be exceeded. The beneficial effect is obtained with a daily intake of 2 grams of EPA and DHA. Do not exceed a supplemental daily intake of 5 grams of EPA and DHA combined.
