Ingredients

Energizing Muscle Fuel Blend 3000 mg: Beta-Alanine (as CarnoSyn®), Creatine Monohydrate, Citric Acid. Amplifier Blend 900 mg: L-Citrulline, L-Arginine Alpha-Ketoglutarate (AKG). Mind Control Matrix 157 mg: Caffeine Anhydrous 155 mg, Olive Leaf Extract (Olea europaea) (40% Oleuropein). Other Ingredients (Blue Raspberry): Silicon Dioxide, Natural and Artificial Flavor, Sucralose, Acesulfame Potassium (Ace-K), FD&C Blue #1.

Usage & Dosage

Mix 1 scoop (5 g) with 5–8 oz (150–250 ml) of cold water and consume prior to exercise. Take 1–3 scoops 20–30 minutes before training. Start with 1 scoop to assess tolerance. Never exceed 3 scoops in any 24-hour period. Do not use for more than 5 out of 7 consecutive days.
