Applied Nutrition’s Vitamin D3 & Vitamin K2 combines two essential fat-soluble nutrients in a convenient once-daily vegetarian capsule. Each capsule delivers 100 µg (4000 IU) of Vitamin D3 as Cholecalciferol alongside Vitamin K2 as Menaquinone-7 (MK-7), a highly bioavailable form of K2 recognised for its longer half-life in the body.
Vitamin D3 contributes to the normal absorption and utilisation of calcium and phosphorus, the maintenance of normal bones and teeth, normal muscle function, and the normal function of the immune system. Vitamin K2 contributes to normal blood clotting and the maintenance of normal bones. Together, these two nutrients are widely regarded as complementary — D3 supports calcium absorption while K2 helps direct calcium to where it is needed most.
