BetterYou Magnesium Sleep Mineral Lotion is a topically applied magnesium lotion designed to be used as part of a nightly bedtime routine. Each 5ml serving (4 pumps) delivers a minimum of 150mg of elemental magnesium (43% NRV) in the form of magnesium chloride, absorbed directly through the skin. Magnesium contributes to normal muscle function and to the reduction of tiredness and fatigue, making it a practical choice for an evening self-care routine.
The lotion is enriched with lavender essential oil (Lavandula angustifolia) and chamomile flower oil (Anthemis nobilis), two plant-derived oils that give the product its gentle, calming scent. The formula also contains beeswax (Cera alba), glycerin, and tocopheryl acetate (Vitamin E), combined in a smooth, skin-friendly base of dicaprylyl ether and dicaprylyl carbonate. Mode d'emploi et posologie
5ml (4 pumps) of Magnesium Sleep Lotion delivers a minimum of 150mg (43% NRV) of optimally absorbable elemental magnesium. For optimal results, use as a part of your bedtime routine for a minimum of 4 weeks. Gently massage 4 pumps (5ml) of the lotion onto clean, dry skin, up to 30 minutes before sleep. After a shower or bath is a great time to apply as the skin is warm and the pores are open which aids absorption. Suitable for use all over the body. Focus on areas such as the neck, shoulders and legs. Reapply whenever needed.
Avertissements
For external use only. Avoid contact with eyes. Do not use on damaged or broken skin. Do not exceed recommended dosage. Supplements should not replace a balanced diet or healthy lifestyle. On initial application you may experience a slight tingling sensation; this is safe and will pass with regular use. We recommend starting with less lotion and building up gradually. Skin can be towelled off after massaging in.
