Mode d'emploi et posologie
1 and ½ scoop (2.5 g) daily. Dissolve in 200 ml of warm or cold water, drink or add directly to food. Can be added to appetisers, salads, breakfasts, smoothies or desserts. Suggested to take in the morning.
